Authors submitting Full-length Papers for the CIE 2025 conference proceedings have the option to make their work open access under the Creative Commons CC-BY-NC License. This ensures that their research is freely accessible to the public, fostering greater visibility and the dissemination of knowledge. Full-length Papers will be made available as individual publications, with a separate DOI assigned to each paper.
Full details and pricing information (expected to be around EUR 400) will be provided, at the latest, upon author notification of the review results for Short Paper submissions by 1 March, 2025. Authors can register for Open Access when submitting their Full-length Papers. The payment deadline for the open access fee will be 16 June, 2025.
