Registration for the CIE 2025 Midterm Meeting will open on November 15, 2024, with Early Bird Registration available until May 1, 2025. Various special conditions and discounts will be offered to accommodate different types of attendees.

Please note that the listed prices are tentative, but they will not exceed the amounts communicated here. Depending on additional funding, we may be able to reduce the rates slightly. Final prices will be confirmed by the time registration opens. We are committed to keeping the conference fees as low as possible.

We are particularly proud to maintain the fees for early-career participants at the same level as those for the 2023 Session in Ljubljana.

  • Welcome Reception: Join us on July 6, 2025, for the Welcome Reception.
  • Scientific Program (July 7-9, 2025): Includes access to all parts of the scientific program, including:
  • All keynote lectures
  • Workshops (program in preparation)
  • Parallel sessions featuring paper and poster presentations
  • Early-Career Event: Participation in the early-career event is also included.

  • Gala Dinner: Pricing for the Gala Dinner will be announced soon.
  • Social Program: Prices for activities, including the badminton tournament and sightseeing tours, will be provided in due course.

Members of National Committees (NCs): Members are eligible for discounted registration rates.

Students: Reduced registration fees are available for students.

Participants from Developing Economies: Attendees from the following countries will receive special discounted rates:
