Registration for the CIE 2025 Midterm Meeting is now open with Early Bird Registration available until May 1, 2025. Various discounts and special conditions are offered to accommodate different attendee categories.

Please note that the listed prices are final and have been maintained at the same level as those from the 2023 Session in Ljubljana, thanks to the generous support of our sponsors and supporters. We are committed to offering competitive rates, particularly for early-career participants, to support broad access and participation in the CIE 2025 Midterm Meeting. We are also pleased to announce that, due to the support of our sponsors for CIE 2025, we are able to offer an early-bird fee for NC members at a reduced rate compared to what was originally planned.

The CIE greatly values the global contributions of its experts and remains committed to keeping Division and TC Meeting costs as low as possible. Thanks to the support of the WKO (Austrian Economic Chambers), hosting us at their headquarters this year, we are able to offer prices even below CIE 2023 rates, ensuring affordability for all attendees.

Global access to the CIE remains a priority. In alignment with this goal, we offer reduced rates for participants from developing countries. This initiative is made possible by sponsors who specifically support global access to the CIE, such as QRAD .

For detailed payment policies, cancellation guidelines, and other important information, please refer to the CIE 2025 Terms and Conditions.
