We would like to inform you that the opening of the registration system has been slightly delayed. The new registration start date is now scheduled for 26 November.
Early Bird rates are available until May 1, 2025, with various discounts offered to accommodate different attendee categories. Please see the Fees and Payment page for details on registration fees. On-site registration will also be available, though at a higher rate than early or regular registration. For the smoothest experience and best rates, we recommend registering in advance.
The registration process is hosted on an external platform managed by ENITED Business Events GmbH on behalf of CIE Scientific-Services GmbH. By proceeding with registration, you agree to our Terms & Conditions, which include important information on image rights, data protection, cancellation, and payment policies. CIE Scientific-Services GmbH handles all data necessary for organizing this event in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Attendees can expect an engaging program, with additional benefits and discounted rates for CIE National Committee (NC) members, students, and attendees from developing countries.
