Registration for the CIE 2025 Midterm Meeting will open on November 15, 2024, with Early Bird Registration available until May 1, 2025. Various special conditions and discounts will be offered to accommodate different types of attendees.

Please note that the listed prices are tentative, but they will not exceed the amounts communicated here. Depending on additional funding, we may be able to reduce the rates slightly. Final prices will be confirmed by the time registration opens. We are committed to keeping the conference fees as low as possible.

We are particularly proud to maintain the fees for early-career participants at the same level as those for the 2023 Session in Ljubljana.
