This key CIE event would not be complete without an exhibition platform – a place for exhibitors to share products or service information and for visitors, to provide opportunities to connect, and for business exchange to take place.
As an exhibitor or sponsor, you have the opportunity to market yourself to an international audience of those involved in the research, development and application of lighting technologies, from teaching and research professionals, to utility practitioners who are applying lighting solutions around the world. Having an exhibitor’s stand with your company information has many advantages. It will be located in the refreshments area, and will ensure a good flow of traffic. You get the chance to demonstrate your products and have opportunities to interact with many technical experts including students.
Depending on the level of sponsorship, you will be given complimentary advertising space, and display of your logo in various publications and around the conference venue, and of course your company presence on the conference website. Exhibitor package includes:
- Exhibitors are mentioned in all program-related communication such as on the website and printed program booklet.
- Exhibitor access is included! Number of tickets depended on package, see table.
- Additional exhibitor delegates receive a discounted price and are charged the rate normally exclusive to CIE Members.
- Standard package includes electricity, two chairs, one desk. Additional equipment and services such as modular stand construction or specific furniture can be rented at an extra charge.
- Substantially discounted option to become “exhibitor sponsor”: Your company logo is included in conference communications listing all sponsors, category “other sponsors and exhibitors”. See prices in table below (last column).

The price per m² for these packages is EUR 480 (EUR 600 after 1 April 2025).
