Registration for the CIE 2025 Midterm Meeting will open on November 15, 2024, with Early Bird Registration available until May 1, 2025. Various special conditions and discounts will be offered to accommodate different attendees.
Conference Fees
Please note that the prices listed are still tentative but are definitely not planned to be higher than communicated here. Depending on additional income sources, we might be able to further decrease the rates slightly. Prices will be finalized by the time registration opens at the latest. We are committed to keeping the conference fees as low as possible.
We are especially proud to maintain the fees for early-career participants at the same level as the Session 2023 in Ljubljana.
Included in the Conference Fees:
- Welcome Reception: Join us on 6 July 2025 for the Welcome Reception.
- Scientific Program (7-9 July 2025): Access to all parts of the scientific program, including:
- All Keynotes
- Workshops (Program in Preparation)
- Parallel Sessions featuring Paper and Poster Presentations
- Early-Career Event: Participation in the early-career event is also included.
Additional Costs:
- Gala Dinner: The price for the Gala Dinner will be announced soon.
- Social Program: Prices for activities such as the Badminton tournament and sightseeing tours will be provided shortly.
Discounts and Special Conditions:
Members of National Committees (NCs): Members are eligible for discounted registration rates.
Students: Reduced registration fees are available for students.
Participants from Developing Economies: Attendees from the following countries will receive special discounted rates: Afghanistan, Angola, Bangladesh, Benin, Bhutan, Brazil, Burkina Faso, Burundi, Cambodia, Central African Republic, Chad, Comoros, Democratic Republic of Congo, Djibouti, Eritrea, Ethiopia, The Gambia, Guinea, Guinea-Bissau, Haiti, Kiribati, Lao PDR, Lesotho, Liberia, Madagascar, Malawi, Mali, Mauritania, Mozambique, Myanmar, Nepal, Niger, Rwanda, Sao Tome and Principe, Senegal, Sierra Leone, Solomon Islands, Somalia, South Sudan, Sudan, Tanzania, Timor-Leste, Togo, Tuvalu, Uganda, Republic of Yemen, Zambia.
There will also be a special registration category for accompanying persons, which includes access to the Welcome Reception and Conference Dinner only. This category does not grant admittance to lectures, conference lunches, or coffee breaks.
Visa Support: We will provide visa invitation letters to assist with the visa application process for international attendees.
