The Proceedings of the CIE have been registered as an international series (ISSN 3061-015X print, 3061-0168 online). Starting with CIE 2025, all scientific volumes will be submitted to Scopus for potential indexing, expanding the reach and impact of published work.

- Improved Open Access: Full-length open-access papers will be published on the CIE website, with the paper’s DOI landing page providing a direct download facility, as well as on the CIE Webshop. Additionally, webshop descriptions will now include the DOI as a reference, thus maximizing visibility within the CIE publishing system.
- Citable Version with DOI: Full-length papers included in the CIE 2025 Proceedings will be assigned a paper-level DOI, ensuring long-term citability. Learn more
- Best Paper Award Eligibility: Only full-length papers qualify for the selection process of the Best Paper Award, including categories for Best Paper, Best Poster, and Best Student Paper. Learn more
